Software Engineer (Remote)
Remote - Full Time
This position is looking for a fully remote Software Engineer and requires their candidates to be fully vaccinated and either a USS citizen or Green card holder. This is a full-time direct hire position that is looking to pay a max salary of $100k/per year.
Job Tasks:
- Develop a solid understanding of all of the various software programs currently in use within the Company.
- Participate in software development using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Write queries and build reports.
- Participate in code reviews, develop, and execute unit and integration tests as required
- Perform defect root cause analysis and provide resolution
- Work with various departments to resolve development specifications as part of approved integration projects.
- Write technical specifications.
- Handle components of project work plans related to development, including resource estimating, user documentation, and unit testing.
Education, Certifications & Experience
Minimum Education/Certifications:
- BA in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum Experience:
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience in software development leveraging a variety of languages such as C#, VB.NET, etc.
- Front end application development experience using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery
- 5 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- 5 years of proven experience with Active Data Objects.
- demonstrated ability using ASP/HTM for at least 3yrs.
