Accountant

New Job Opportunity - Accountant:

New and exciting job opportunity with our client based out of Baltimore, MD. Looking to hire an accounting professional with a minimum of 2+year of related work experience (Full Cycle Accounting) 
Experience with Yardi Software is highly preferred

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• Hybrid - 2 days a week on site 
• Compensation is dependent on experience ( Ranging from 70k-90k)

Day to Day Activities:

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations
• Assisting with the month end close processes 
• Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury functions
• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
• Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits

Qualifications: 

• Yardi Software experience is highly preferred
• Bachelors Degree is preferred (Accounting, Finance, or Related)
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional accounting experience 
• Communications and Organizational Skills 
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
