We’re looking for an Audio Visual Support Technician who is passionate about the industry and has a keen ear for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting tele conference equipment or live setting and will be comfortable working with a variety of audio equipment. If you have a strong knowledge of audio visual engineering and sound design, and are looking for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you!
Functions
- Troubleshoots, and maintains A/V and Video products and equipment
- Support of desktop conferencing applications such as ZOOM, MS Teams and WebEx
- Support of Cisco WebEx systems
- Support of IPTV solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and manage video endpoints, bridges, and other video infrastructure
- Familiar with a variety of the A/V field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
