New Job Opportunity - Technical Recruiter 

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of McLean, VA. Looking to hire an experienced technical Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in recruiting 
The ideal candidate will have done some sourcing/jr recruiting for SalesForce positions.
experience recruiting Devops, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineer is a big plus.
 

Logistics of the Role:

• Temp to Hire - Pay rate 35/hr - 40/hr
• Hybrid Remote - on site 2-3 days a week 

• Work with key accounts to provide hiring solutions, identify new resources and ensure satisfaction on current and new opportunities.
• Work with existing employees to staff in new positions at contract end or for promotions.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned customers and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
• Recruit new employees to achieve company hiring goals and to fulfill contractual hiring obligations.
• Work with company leadership to support you in growing your skill set from staff placement on contracts and recruiting perspective.
• Provide full lifecycle recruiting in support of the federal government contracts including the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection/submittal of candidates.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-4 years of proven success in recruiting and customer management.
• Experience recruiting in a government contract space for cleared positions
• Experience recruiting a wide range of technical positions including Developers, Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers.
