Logistics of the Role:
- Full Time - Direct Hire
- On Site - Monday Through Thursday (Fridays Off)
- Compensation - 80-95k (Dependent on experience)
- Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns in alignment with the organizational strategic plan.
- Work closely with external marketing partners and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team to design and implement key messaging and content development.
- Manage website content and web presence with ability to update regularly and troubleshoot.
- Ensure brand continuity and create coordinating graphic assets and printed materials.
- Manage marketing vendors and partners, including fundraising partnerships, Google Ad grants, printers, etc.
- Direct committee of skilled marketing and fundraising volunteers for maximum impact and provide messaging and communications tools
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field is required
- 5+ years overall in progressive marketing communication roles.
- minimum of 3+ years of related work experience as a marketing manager
- Digital Marketing Experience is highly preferred - Channel Marketing
- Experience using CRM software
- Excellent communication skills
