- Perform system upgrades and firmware updates to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video surveillance systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of existing systems to identify and address potential problems.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate surveillance solutions based on their specific requirements.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding system operation, functionality, and troubleshooting.
