SQL Systems Analyst (Must have Strong scripting and querying) Not a DBA role

Required Skills

• MS SQL Server 2008/2019 development and basic administration(Not a DBA)
• Intermediate level MS SQL 2008/2019 scripting and querying, SQL job mgmt., XML
• Data Analysis and Reporting utilizing Reporting Services and Crystal Reports at an intermediate skill level
• MS Excel advanced skill level - pivot tables, developing reports
• Experience working in a Windows server and client environment
• Customer focused and dedicated to delivering Service Excellence
• Advanced experience with hardware(pc/server/printers/etc), networking standards and hardware, and VMware.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of complex tasks and activities
• Able to learn WMS concepts and progress in technical and general business skills. Actual background/knowledge in WMS applications would be a plus.
• Knowledge of varying software development and deployment packages, Radio Frequency Terminals, and Specialty Printers would be a plus.
• Familiarity with EDI standards and mapping tools

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reports and SQL applications to assist users and management in performing daily functions.
• Provide support and timely resolution to technical issues for customers and internal resources on a variety of software applications and hardware platforms.
• Provides customer guidance and training on use and functionality of various services, hardware and applications provided by the company.
• Assisting in project design and problem resolution.
• Track and manage all support and development cases in help desk software.
• Assist in supporting application installation and upgrade, including third party integration and hardware configuration.
• Provides after hours and weekend support coverage
