AV Support Technician

Position Overview: As an AV Support Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our audiovisual operations. You'll provide technical support for meetings, events, and presentations, ensuring that our AV systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure audiovisual equipment, including projectors, displays, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
• Test and troubleshoot AV systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist presenters and clients with AV equipment operation and troubleshooting during events and meetings.
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with network infrastructure.
• Maintain and update AV equipment inventory and documentation.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to address AV-related concerns.
• Stay informed about the latest AV technologies and trends to contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
