Sr. Civil Project Engineer
Fort Mitchell, KY - Full Time
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to ensure the completion of design efforts with minimal direction and is responsible for the preparation and completion of disciplined engineering designs that are responsive to project needs.
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000
Work Setting: Hybrid (2 days remote), M-F
Duties:
- Perform structural designs and investigate new methods and implement new ideas and/or procedures
- Draft personnel, technicians, or other engineers and mentor junior staff members
- Prepare complex reports and conclusions in a clear, concise manner
- Assist with the development of scope, schedule and budgets for projects
- Assist with the management of projects and tasks
- Assist with marketing and proposal development
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
- 5-15 years of civil engineering experience
- PE License is a requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computer based designed tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, REVIT
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Familiarity with industry design standards
- Self motivated and sound time management skills
