Responsibilities:

Oversee paid social media campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, and performance optimization.
Craft and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Collaborate with internal teams, including brand ambassadors, and public relations, to ensure social media initiatives align with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and technologies, adapting strategies to optimize brand engagement and reach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful social media strategies.
Demonstrated experience growing organic following and, driving engagement on organic social media. Understanding of customer journey and, lead generation
