The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing projects related to IT and AV systems deployment, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and objectives for IT and AV projects.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
Coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines, tracking progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or issues.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, working closely with the finance department to ensure adherence to financial parameters.
Communicate project status updates, milestones, and potential risks to project stakeholders and team members.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
Assist in procurement processes by liaising with vendors to obtain quotes, manage orders, and track equipment delivery.
Ensure that technical specifications, documentation, and user manuals are accurately prepared and distributed to relevant parties.
Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
