Controller

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team. As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial accounting, reporting, and control functions
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making
• Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and track performance against them
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings
• Stay up to date with accounting standards and regulations, and ensure the company's financial practices remain compliant
