New Job Opportunity - Director of Finance

New job opportunity with a client based out of Linthicum Heights, MD. Looking to hire a Director of Finance with at least 8+ years of related working experience. Experience in the manufacturing sector is required.

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire - Salary Dependent on experience (Ranging from 160k-195k)
• On Site 

Day to Day Activities: 

• Financial strategy, planning and oversight.
• Optimize accounting processes that will allow for timely and accurate monthly financial reporting (on a GAAP basis) for both external and internal purposes.
• Ensure that financial resources support the mission of the company.
• Effectively manage the company’s financial structure including banking and other creditor relationships to ensure growth objectives can be realized and sustained.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, inventory, cash management, fixed assets, and payroll.

Qualifications: 

• Must have a minimum of 8+ years professional work experience in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics 
• Prior experience managing staff.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
