Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to analyze requirements and design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Serve as the Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, promoting effective communication, transparency, and delivery of committed work.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, estimated, and properly sequenced.
- Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may affect the team's productivity or delivery.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Contribute to the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying best practices and recommending innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously improve the software development process.
