AV Technical Coordinator

New Job Opportunity - AV Technical Coordinator:

New and exciting job opportunity out of Broomall, PA. Looking to hire an experienced AV technical Coordinator with at least 4+ years of prior professional experience working in the Audio Visual (AV) field and 2+ years in a role involving equipment orders, equipment return, and planning. (Will help with full life cycle of an event. Pre-show/event planning, onsite support, post-event). 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire  
• On Site 

Day to Day Activities:

• Main responsibility will be coordinating & scheduling projects. 
• Pre show production planning, on site, and post event planning 
• ·Coordinate schedules with customers, account managers, and customer stake holders.
•  Provide technical assistance and document preparation for review on each AV project.
• Maintain records of submittal items, shop drawings, progress schedules, RFIs, redlines, needs analysis, and scope of work.
• Assist with technical oversight of a project through installation and completion, including identifying and resolving logistic and technical issues.

Qualifications: 

• Must have AV industry experience as well as project management experience (Planning / Scheduling)
• 4+ years of prior professional experience working in the Audio Visual (AV) field
• 2+ years in a role involving equipment orders, equipment return, and planning.
• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Communication Skills
