Windows System Administrator (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of all servers and services.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and execute recovery procedures when necessary.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and other threats.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across the Windows infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments, upgrades, and integrations.
• Monitor and manage virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration.
