ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into efficient technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires a Secret Clearance due to the nature of the projects and clients we work with.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow configurations, including user interface customization, scripting, and data management.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
