Warehouse Supervisor

This position is looking for someone who is able to work fully onsite out of Baltimore, MD and has 5+ years warehouse supervisory experience. This is a full-time direct hire position that is looking to pay between $55k-$70k/yr. This position requires a clean driving record along with the ability to pass a drug screening and background check. This position will be doing inventory, shipping, receiving, etc. and is looking to hire ASAP.

You Will

• Oversee all inventory accounts and records
• Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time
• Compile inventory and inbound reports for review and analysis
• Evaluate and schedule shifts for inventory and inbound personnel
• Operate Material Handling Equipment such as motorized carts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers and reach trucks
• Ensure compliance with inventory processes and procedures
• Ensure warehouse meets any and all certifications and company standards for safety, efficiency and cleanliness

You have:

• 5 + years of warehouse operations experience as well as progressive hands-on experience required
• You're able to stay focused and work efficiently both alone and as part of a team
• You're able to multi-task and see the big picture

• You're a natural leader who is comfortable redirecting and giving feedback
