FP&A Analyst

We are currently seeking a talented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis to track and report on actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances.
• Prepare insightful financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making processes, including capital investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate the financial impact of proposed business strategies and initiatives, providing recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and support performance improvement efforts.
• Conduct financial and operational benchmarking analysis to identify areas for improvement and best practices within the industry.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure proper allocation of expenses, revenue recognition, and adherence to financial policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial planning and analysis activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis processes and systems.
