This position is looking for someone who has experience in a help desk environment and is a US citizen. This position requires people to go onsite in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
Provide support relating to technical issues and system changes.
Support ticket entry follow-up and updates within the ticket tracking system.
Provide quality assistance in a timely manner.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and find effective solutions.
Qualifications
Ability to work within a team setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience working with ticketing systems.
MSP experience is preferred.
Computer and network knowledge.
1-3 years of experience working within a help desk environment.
