Housekeeping Supervisor
Overview
We are looking for an experienced housekeeper with supervisor experience! For this position you will be required to supervise a team of 10-15 employees. You will need to have the skills and ability to lead a team and to make sure that everyone gets their tasks done in a timely manner.
Main Points
- Monday-Friday
- 7am-3:30Pm (40hr. work week)
- 75% of time spent on floor
- 25% of time spent supervising
- Flu shot mandatory
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/JOB RELATIONSHIPS
- 3-5 Years Supervisory experience required.
- Computer skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Thorough knowledge of Healthcare/hospitality cleaning procedures.
- Three years experience working in a skilled nursing or retirement facility with cleaning responsibilities.
Pay: 22-24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead housekeeping crew
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Data entry into computers
- Implement Job responsibilities to staff
- communicate to other staff departments (laundry, dinning, etc.)
