Lead Salesforce Engineer (Fully Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development, and be able to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and development standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business needs
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on Salesforce platform and integration technologies
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments
