Proposal Manager (Hybrid)

This position is looking for someone who is able to work onsite 1-2 days a week in Arlington, VA and requires US citizenship. This is a 5-month temp to hire position that is looking to pay around $45-$55/hr. This position does require a clearable citizen and is looking to hire ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage proposal efforts with Business Development, CRI Business Units, CRI’s Contracts and Human Resources, as well as external team members. Drive the proposal process and be proactive in meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Work with the Contracts/Legal team to prepare SOWs
• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned RFI’s and RFPs from receipt through delivery.
• Customize proposal text for specific opportunities
• Address proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews and approvals.
• Provide proposal guidance and mentoring
• Assist with initiatives and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in MS-Office applications Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT, Excel,
• Good understanding of clinical studies
• Strong preference for graphical experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work under pressure and with tight timelines 
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Business, or a related field
• At least 8 years of Federal proposal experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Proposal Manager in the federal government IT, Physical Security Support Services markets
