• Identify and resolve potential security threats, including prohibited items and suspicious behavior, through vigilant observation and effective communication.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers and other personnel, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently and effectively manage security operations.
• Continuously stay updated on the latest security regulations, procedures, and technologies to enhance performance and adapt to changing requirements.
