Job Summary:
The IT Resources/ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) professional plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the IT infrastructure and services within an organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of IT resources and services, aligning them with business objectives. The IT Resources/ITSM professional collaborates with various teams to implement IT best practices, optimize workflows, and provide excellent customer support.
Job Duties:
- -Configuring, reconfiguring, and resetting school laptops/chromebooks for next school year
- -Labeling completed laptops and putting them back on the laptop cart
- -Project is slated for 4-6 weeks
- 25-32 hours a week
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- Must Pass Background Test
- Must Pass Drug Test
