New Job Opportunity - AV Implementation Leader

New job opportunity with a client based out of the Tri State Area. Looking to hire an experienced AV Implementation Leader with at least 10+years Field AV Technician experience. AV Integration experience is highly preferred. 
Must have a CTS or CTSI certification 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• On Site - Candidates must reside in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Philadelphia area
• Monday and Friday work from home (Tuesday-Thursday on the road all around the tri-state area)
• Compensation depends on prior work experience (100k-115k)

Day to Day Activities:

• Lead and directly oversee a team of field engineers - manage the installation of AV projects, and prioritize project related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
• Supervise when necessary at sites within the region 
• Install and maintain AV/IT systems including racks, display devices, projectors, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones and speakers.
• Provide daily job progress reports based on labor metrics to the Project Manager.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop working relationships with Clients.

Qualifications: 

• 10+ Years of field AV technician experience is required 
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience 
• Must be willing to travel out to client sites 
• CTS or CTSI Certification
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds 
• Ability to effectively communicate
