Housekeeping Supervisor

New Job Opportunity - Housekeeping Supervisor 

New job opportunity with a client based out of Lancaster, PA. Looking to hire a Housekeeping Supervisor with supervisory work experience. We are trying to fill this role within the next 2 weeks. 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire
• On Site

Day to Day Activities:

• Manage and lead the Housekeeping staff
• Monitor budget and payroll data
• Report to directors
• Assure that the facility and laundry areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping/laundry services with various departments when performing routine cleaning assignment in resident living or recreational areas.
• Assure that established standards and practices are maintained and being met  in housekeeping/laundry departments.
• Follow safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping duties.
• Assist in all daily cleaning routines as needed.

Qualifications: 

• At least two years of supervisory experience will be required for this role
• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
• Experience working in a retirement or nursing facility 
• knowledge of healthcare and hospitality procedures
