  • Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of shipments, keeping clients informed of delivery status and potential delays.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the transportation process.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
