Record and analyze the accuracy of daily box office sales reports.
Prepare and/or assist in event settlements.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintain general ledgers, revenue distribution, operating expenses, prepaid and accrued expenses accuracy.
Track compliance and all provisions of service agreement contracts.
Oversee treasury needs.
Records monthly tax returns.
Complete monthly close responsibilities to meet tight deadlines.
Support facility goals and priorities relating to financial management, budget, accounting, purchasing, and/or payroll in compliance with State and Federal law, and policies and procedures.
Prepare internal and external audit materials.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
Minimum 2 years of related experience or comparable practical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing multiple client engagements at the same time
Proficient with Microsoft Office, attention to detail, have an understanding of accounting procedures
