AV Technical Support Engineer - (Hybrid)

As an AV Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues related to our AV systems. Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions, ensuring prompt resolution of AV-related queries and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software problems related to AV systems, including audio, video, conferencing equipment, control systems, and network connectivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis for escalated issues and develop comprehensive solutions and workarounds.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement customized AV solutions that meet specific requirements and technical specifications.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on AV systems to optimize performance and ensure compatibility with the latest technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AV systems integration and support.
• Provide training and guidance to customers and colleagues on AV system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to provide feedback on product performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product development initiatives.
