Secret cleared PMP Project/Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for administering of assigned task order projects that involve teams of automated data processing and other information technology, system and management professionals who have previously been involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, testing, sustaining, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information systems, telecommunications, and security systems. Demonstrates proven skills in those technical areas addressed by the respective task orders to be managed. Areas of technical knowledge include but are not limited to software development lifecycle management, configuration management, system and database administration, VTC support, cybersecurity, networking, and desktop support.  Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning, production, and sustainment of all activities associated with assigned task order projects. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.  Specific areas of Project Management knowledge include planning, implementing, monitoring and controlling schedules, budgets, staffing, risk management, communication, stakeholder, and subcontractor management.  Responsible for overseeing a team of 50 FTE executing ongoing IT support services.

Additional duties include acting as liaison from technical team leads to PM to communicate ongoing project status, risks, and mitigations.  Able to map technical requirements to executable tasks and realistic schedules.  Coordinates with customer technical leads to oversee project execution and completion.   Coordinates task assignments and staffing requirements to optimize personnel efficiencies.  Responsible for identifying areas for improvement in processes, technical implementation, and training and coordinating with PM to develop and implement solutions and mitigations.  Responsible for processing all required submissions for access requests and trainings.  At times, may provide technical solutions and support.

Minimum Requirements:

·       U.S. citizenship

·       Secret Clearance

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in related business or technical field.

·       Experience: 5 or more years of related experience, including 3 years in a project       manager role.

·       Demonstrated leadership of multiple contracts of significant complexity and       scope.

·       Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)          Certification
