Remedy Software Developer

The ITSM Developer will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects and applications and participate in the full lifecycle from requirements to design to support using BMC Remedy ITSM 9.x and BMC Helix environments for a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. Requirements include but are not limited to:
- 3-5+ years BMC Remedy Developer experience
- BMC Remedy tools experience: Developer Studio, Remedy Migrator, SMART-IT, Smart Reporting, Data Management Tool, Atrium Integrator,
- Knowledge of ITIL ITSM Best Practices
- Experience in one or more of the following: Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience creating SAP Business Objects reports
- Desired Skills: Java, .NET,Kinetic Task/Kinetic Requestd Skills: Java, .NET,Kinetic Task/Kinetic Request
- Ability to identify Courses of actions and communicate technical solutions for a non-technical audience
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification: Active CompTIA Security+ CE
- BMC Remedy Certification (e.g. BMC Certified Administrator or BMC Remedy AR)
- Bachelors degree in Math, Computer Science, or Information ManagementSystems, or Technical Degree
