Training Specialist (Software and IT experience needed )

What You’ll Be Doing

The Training Specialist – Mid Level shall coordinate, develop, and implement all training for the contract. They shall assess training needs and make recommendations to decision makers; prepare and present training materials for both classroom and web-based training; and develop training documents including both instructor and student materials.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline and five years demonstrated experience coordinating, developing and implementing training programs and workshops. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four additional years of experience, for a total of nine years of experience, is acceptable.
• Experience analyzing software and hardware operations to determine most effective procedures for inclusion into training materials. [5 years]
• Experience converting designs and specifications into training programs. [5 years]
• Experience training individuals with a variety of skill types and levels. [5 years]
• Demonstrated leadership in a training environment. [2 years]
• US citizenship is required, and must be willing to submit for a DoD security clearance (if you already hold one, even better!).
