Controls Engineer

As a Controls Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement control systems that enhance the performance, reliability, and safety of our industrial processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in bringing automation to life and optimizing systems for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test control algorithms and logic for industrial automation systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and technicians to ensure successful integration of control systems.
- Configure and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other control components.
- Conduct system testing, simulation, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and identify any issues.
- Optimize control strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall system performance.
- Generate technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and diagrams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in control engineering.
