Civil Project Engineer

Summary:

Our client is currently seeking a mid-level civil engineer. This individual will be responsible for the design, preparation and completion of a variety of projects.

Salary: $95,000-$105,000

Work Setting: Hybrid (2 days remote), M-F

Responsibilities: 

Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus, and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:

• Manage schedule of tasks and budget to fit the needs of the project
• Explore new approaches and implement new procedures or ideas
• Utilize business development skills to generate new projects
• Maintain accepted engineering design standards and practices in the implementation of design work
• Manage junior staff members, as well as drafting personnel such as technicians or other engineers.
• Draft and prepare complex reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of related previous experience
• BS in Civil Engineering
• PE License required
• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, REVIT
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
• Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
• Must possess great communication skills
• Current driver’s license
