Job Description
General Duties:
Collaborate with business to determine the objective of their IT service request and document the business requirements to facilitate implementation of new or improved processes/systems. Challenge business to think outside the normal processes and promote efficiency in the way of doing business. Identify business strengths and opportunities and offer recommendations based on research for areas of improvement. Plan, organize and deliver work sessions for gathering business requirements. Review and edit requirements and business processes, as necessary, based on proposed solutions. Facilitate the research and evaluation of possible system solutions.
