About Position
We are looking for a TSA Transportation Security Officer to join our team and help ensure the safety and well-being of passengers in our airport and when flying.
TSA Transportation Security Officer responsibilities include screening passengers before they enter the airport and ensuring efficient passenger flow through airport security checkpoints.
Ultimately, you will work directly with passengers as they enter the airport and before they board their flights to ensure the safety of all passengers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and luggage
- Ask security questions of passengers
- Direct passengers through security equipment
- Report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment at all times
- Comply with safety measures
- Work with passengers to ensure their needs, as well as security regulations, are met
