OSIsoft PI Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced OSIsoft PI Engineer to join our team. As an OSIsoft PI Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our OSIsoft PI system, a leading industrial data management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable collection, storage, and analysis of operational data.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain the OSIsoft PI system infrastructure, including PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, and related components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design solutions that leverage the capabilities of the OSIsoft PI system.
• Implement data integration strategies to connect various data sources and systems with the OSIsoft PI system for real-time data acquisition and analytics.
• Develop and configure data structures, tags, and calculations within the OSIsoft PI system to support data analysis, reporting, and visualization needs.
• Monitor the performance and health of the OSIsoft PI system, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality, system security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering training as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the OSIsoft PI system and recommend system enhancements or upgrades to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
