Business Process Analyst

• Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to provide clarity and promote best practices.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and propose solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Conduct data analysis and performance measurement to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify technology solutions that support process automation and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management.
• Provide training and support to employees on revised processes and systems.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies.
