• Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and work instructions across all departments
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Drive the resolution of customer complaints and implement appropriate measures to prevent recurrence
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality assurance standards and processes
