Salary: $110k - $140K per year
Summary:
Our client is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider. We are seeking two Process Engineers to join their team. This position will be located near Baltimore, MD. The Process Engineer will deliver product and process improvements to improve the yield, rate, downtime, safety, quality, productivity and capacity.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $125K, plus an opportunity for a bonus, relocation assistance, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment and manufacturing work instructions
- Responsible for Manufacturing Process/Equipment validation and qualification (Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OP), and Performance Qualification (PQ)).
- Develop and optimize process parameters utilizing SPC tools.
- Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews as needed.
- Create Process Flow Routings for use in Production.
- Establish methods to improve production processes for quality, cost and schedule.
Qualifications:
- Working experience with process controls utilizing various statistical techniques. (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and interpret instructions from operating manuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
