Overview Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Job Duties
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.
Coordinate and organize training sessions for employees on various topics including but not limited to leadership and management training.
Assist the COO in HR policy development and implementation
Complete requests for verification of employment
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements

Proficient with Google Workspace or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's software systems such as HRIS, talent management systems, project management systems, and CRM.
