As an Entry-Level Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in the loan application and approval process. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing loan application documents.
- Verify and validate applicant information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to facilitate the loan application process and provide updates on application status.
- Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval, addressing any additional documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and related correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
