Lead AV Tech - Remote (Secret Clearance)

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead AV Tech to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems for our clients. As a Lead AV Tech, you will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to deliver outstanding AV solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs, provide expert advice, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design and create AV system layouts, schematics, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute AV installations, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Manage a team of AV technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure optimal AV system performance.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to AV equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during events or presentations.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source AV equipment and materials.
