Sr Travel Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Travel Analyst to join our organization. You will analyze travel data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve travel programs, policies, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze travel data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain travel management reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators and measure program effectiveness.
• Conduct regular audits of travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and meals.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with travel policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Identify and evaluate travel vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement travel policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel booking procedures, preferred vendors, and travel policy inquiries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in travel management.
• Assist in the implementation and management of travel management systems and tools.
• Train and mentor junior travel analysts, as needed.
• Handle escalated travel-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
