AV Installation Technician

New Job Opportunity - AV Installation Technician - Accepting both entry level and experienced
New job opportunity with a client based out of Broomall, PA. Looking to hire both entry level and experienced AV installation technicians with at least a few years of related work experience. We are trying to fill this role within the next 2 weeks.
Logistics of the Role:
- Full Time - Direct Hire
- On Site
- Compensation depends on prior work experience
Day to Day Activities:
- Perform installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to: pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projectors and above ceiling structural work
- Read and interpret drawings including reflected ceiling plans, elevations, structural and single line
- Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks
- Assist with basic mechanical fabrication and basic rack wiring
Qualifications:
- Prior Experience installing audio visual equipment including video panels, speakers, racks, microphones, A/V cabling and wiring.
- A.A. or equivalent from a two year college or tech school
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively communicate
