Position Overview: As a Senior Contracts Specialist, you will be a key member of our legal and procurement team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to execution and management. Your expertise in contract law, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration will contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure favorable terms and mitigate potential risks.
- Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and legal documents to align with company policies and legal standards.
