New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Columbia, MD. Looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of 2+ years of related work experience in HR. Experience working with an IT company is highly preferred.

Logistics of the Role:
- Full Time - Direct Hire
- Hybrid - At least 3 days a week on site
- Compensation - 50k-60k (Dependent on experience)
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization team members and assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Assist with all phases of recruiting and onboarding
- Communicates leadership objectives persuasively and effectively while collaborating with leadership to improve leadership capabilities, workforce performance, overall engagement, and the advance of the organization's strategic initiatives.
- Aid in the development and execute HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 2+ years of human resource experience is preferred
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
