We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution for our valued customers. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our service operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log service requests from customers, either via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority, availability, and expertise.
  • Monitor service requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and within established service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with customers to gather necessary information, clarify service requirements, and provide updates on the status of their requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documenting service details, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure availability of required resources, parts, and equipment for service appointments.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials or services to support service activities.
  • Assist in maintaining service schedules, calendars, and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Generate service reports, performance metrics, and other documentation as needed for management and reporting purposes.
